MACARONI WITH SLICES OF TUNA

Ricette

Ingredients:

Tuna
Garlic
Red pepper
Parsley
Sauce

Prepare tomato sauces.
In a pan put some olive oil, (based on the fish amount that we want to cook), garlic, red pepper. When oil is very hot put slices of tuna and roll them to high fire for 3 or 4 minutes.
After 3 or 4 minutes reduce fire, put tomato sauce and leave to cook to slow fire for 1 hour.
Cook macaroni until to half cooking, after take macaroni and put them in the sauces with the fish and end to cook it. Turn off gas 5 minutes before the definitive cooking, scatter a little minced parsley on the macaroni, always covered with lid.
Leave to settle your macaroni for 5 minutes.
